AIMS MedExpress Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the AIMS MedExpress mobile application and the related client, driver, administrative, dispatch, and delivery portals operated by Alpha Innovative Medical Solutions LLC (“AIMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Information We Collect

AIMS MedExpress may collect the following information:

• Name, email address, telephone number, physical address, facility information, and other authorized contact information.
• Account identifiers and assigned client, driver, administrator, or dispatcher user IDs.
• Precise GPS location during authorized delivery and route-management activities.
• Driver identity photographs, authorized credential or identification images, package photographs, pickup and delivery photographs, and electronic proof-of-delivery images.
• Electronic signatures, delivery notes, exception information, customer instructions, and other user-provided operational content.
• Order numbers, barcode or QR scan values, timestamps, delivery statuses, chain-of-custody records, route information, and other logistics records.
• Pharmacy co-payment information when required for an authorized delivery, including payment amount, status, confirmation, or permitted payment method information.
• Technical and security information reasonably necessary to authenticate users, maintain the service, prevent misuse, and protect accounts.

3. How Information Is Used

Information collected through AIMS MedExpress is used for:

• Account creation, authentication, authorization, and security.
• Dispatching, routing, GPS delivery tracking, and delivery-status visibility.
• Package scanning, custody verification, identity verification, exception management, and proof of delivery.
• Pharmacy co-payment collection when required for an authorized delivery.
• Client and driver communication related to authorized deliveries.
• Customer service, operational support, legal compliance, auditing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

4. Location Information

Precise location information is used for legitimate delivery operations, including route visibility, custody verification, estimated arrival information, and dispatch management.

AIMS does not use location information for advertising, does not sell location information to data brokers, and does not use location information for cross-app tracking.

5. Photographs, Identification, and Signatures

Photographs, credential images, package images, and electronic signatures are collected only for authorized identity verification, chain-of-custody documentation, delivery execution, security, and proof-of-delivery purposes.

AIMS does not use these images for facial-recognition advertising or biometric profiling.

6. Healthcare Logistics

AIMS is a healthcare logistics provider. AIMS is not a medical provider and AIMS MedExpress is not a regulated medical-device application. The application does not diagnose, monitor, prevent, or treat medical conditions.

AIMS applies minimum-necessary information practices and appropriate safeguards to delivery-related information handled under applicable agreements and laws.

7. Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be shared only with:

• Authorized AIMS clients, drivers, dispatchers, administrators, and delivery recipients as necessary to complete services.
• Contracted technology and infrastructure providers supporting authentication, secure hosting, data storage, maps and navigation, communications, and application functionality.
• Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when legally required.
• Parties involved in protecting users, patients, AIMS, or others from fraud, misuse, safety threats, or unlawful activity.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery operations, chain-of-custody documentation, contractual requirements, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Information is deleted, anonymized, or securely retained in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. Privacy Choices and Requests

Authorized users may contact info@aimsolu.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information.

Some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal, contractual, healthcare-logistics, security, or chain-of-custody obligations.

10. Device Permissions

Users may control camera, photo, and location permissions through their iPhone settings. Disabling required permissions may prevent scanning, identity verification, GPS tracking, photography, or proof-of-delivery features from functioning.

11. Security

AIMS maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, secure authentication, and role-based permissions designed to protect information handled through AIMS MedExpress.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and AIMS cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s Privacy

AIMS MedExpress is a professional logistics application and is not directed to children under 13. AIMS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When material changes occur, the effective date or last-updated date above will be revised.
